ABOUT

 

 

Born in a family of 3rd generation of shoemakers Bruno Peral Bey designer profile's strongly influenced by craftsmanship.

 

He decided to study product design and graduated at ELISAVA Barcelona design school, completing his education at the Strate College in Paris. After coming in second place at the prestigious Braun Prize 2007 award, with his Bachelor’ s project Mengin, Bruno returned to Barcelona to work for 5 years with Francesc Rifé and at Roca Sanitario, S.A.

 

From 2012 to 2014 Bruno worked with Marcel Wanders in Amsterdam focusing in MOOOI, Magis, Alessi and many other projects. In 2015 Bruno came back to Barcelona to start a collaboration with Eugeni Quitllet and another renowned designer Lázaro Rosa Violán.

 

Actualy, Bruno Peral Bey is collaborating as a product designer for renowned company XAL GmbH Group both in Bacelona and Graz.

Project selected by ACCIO, CCAM and ELISAVA to  be showcased at the "Next design Innovation" an exhibition taking place during Salone del mobile in Milan.

Encén el nadal, Barcelona lighting design award winner with the project BarCelOna.

2014

Project selected by BCD,    FAD and ACCIÓ to  be showcased with 40 other projects during the Business of Design Week (BODW) in Hong Kong. As a repre-sentation of Barcelona city.

2007

Braun price award finalist  with the product MENGIN,  featuring a combination of a container and a cooking utensil.
